About Me

My Story:

My name is Mark Hou, and I am currently a Junior at USC's Iovine & Young Academy! I am studying the intersection of design, technology, and business, and I am working towards a career in Product Management and/or UI/UX Design.

I grew up on Mercer Island, WA. From high school, I learned more about Digital Innovation, and throughout my first two years at San Diego State University, I learned more about UI/UX and Product Management.

Currently, I am involved as a Project Manager in Avenues Consulting Group, as well as a Designer in the Thinktank Program for the Venture Capital Academy. I am also currently working on my own startup project TimeLine, a platform that streamlines personal long-term planning. Excited to launch soon, Fall 2026!
